Support and Remote Access

Note: N8N does not require to be fully exposed to the internet.

For the HIPE team to provide proper support with your N8N integration, it is necessary to define a process that allows us remote access to your N8N instance. This access ensures we can efficiently diagnose and resolve any issues related to the integration.

Please coordinate with our support team to establish a secure and appropriate remote access procedure. This can be achieved by:

• Using a VPN
• Using self signed certificates
• Using RDP
• Other methods

By doing so, you will be able to get the best support experience from our team on the integration.
